OUR PLANT - NVO MDC, LLC

The plant covers an area of 11.49 hectares with convenient access roads between 173 and 174 kilometers of the international highway E105 - Kharkov-Simferopol-Yalta. In 200 meters from the territory of the plant there is the railway station "Gubinikha" with loading-unloading platform, the railway communication of the Dnipro-Krasnograd.
The plant's territory is divided by four sites with dimensions of 1.39 hectares, 5.38 hectares, 3.58 hectares and 1.13 hectares with asphalted coverings and is protected by reinforced concrete slabs.
Between the sites of the plant are internal power networks, water supply, sewerage with the "Bioline" cleaning system, fire water pipeline, own gas pipeline of medium and low gas pressure, and computer networks. The water supply of these sites of the plant is powered by a series of running water pipes "Pereshchepino-Vodokanal" and its own reserve water tower by the volume of 25 cubic meters.
Heating of administrative and industrial buildings and warehouses is carried out by both gas combustion and furnace ones with solid fuel boilers with automatic pellet supply.
The power supply of these sites and buildings is supplied by two independent sources of electric power (according to the 1st category of service) to which two own transformer substations with the authorized capacity of 250 kW and 160 kW.
The site of the plant with dimensions 1.39 hectares has:
the administrative and production building with reinforced concrete structures insulated on the facade is lined with a blue-white metal profile with large plastic windows for daylight, with a total area of 3007.3 square meters, equipped with sewerage, ventilation, heating, fire-fighting system, air conditioning, lightning protection, computer networks, internal and external video surveillance. In the production shops of this building there is an armored dust-free floor.
The building of the mechanic assembly shop consists of reinforced concrete structures insulated on the facade, is lined with a blue-white metal profile, with welding, assembling and metal cutting areas, with a total area of 874.8 square meters, equipped with a ventilation, heating, fire-fighting system, lightning protection and external video surveillance.
Warehouses are made of brickwork with a total area of 629.9 square meters.
The furniture shop consists of metal prefabricated structures, insulated, facade of metal profile in white with a total area of 208.9 square meters, equipped with a heating system for industrial and domestic premises.
At the plant’s site with dimension of 5.38 hectares are located administrative and production building with a total area of 803.6 m2 - equipped with sewerage, ventilation, heating, automatic fire-extinguishing, conditioning, lightning
protection, computer networks, indoor and outdoor video surveillance. In the production shop of this building there is an armored, dust-free floor.
A warehouse of gelcoat and resins has total area of 64.7 m2, is a building of a basement type with an electric service lift, a ventilation system, an automatic powder fire extinguishing system, and a fire alarm system.
Pumping station for fire extinguishing has a total area of 18.9 square meters and two fire water reservoirs with a total volume of 400 cubic meters, serving for all sites of the plant’s territory.
There is a system of biological treatment of household wastewater "Bioline" with three wells on the plant.
There is a water tower with a total volume of 25 cubic meters, supplying water for all sites of the plant.
The plant’s site with dimensions of 1.13 hectares is asphalted and fenced with reinforced concrete slabs and is used as a warehouse.
The plant’s reserve site with dimensions of 3.58 hectares is provided for expansion of production (for construction of new production shops).
