OR – Operational Risk extremely high.

– Reliance on a single tax professional and tax consultants presents an exposure to personnel shortage and turnover problems.

– Lack of visibility of entire process, coupled with difficulty coordinating activities

– Ineffective use of technology resulting highly manual processes prone with error
