Important User and Password Information

If your name is not listed as the User Name in this email, immediately report this to the MJN Service Desk. See the section For Help on SAP.

If you cannot access the SAP system using the instructions in this email the first time you try to logon, contact your Security Coordinator Samuch Ueajirakan (662 725 1123). See the section For Help on SAP.

About Your SAP User ID and Password

You use the SAP User ID listed in this email each time you login to an SAP application.

The Password listed in this email is your temporary Password.

You must change your temporary Password to your actual password. Where you change your password will depend upon what SAP system you are accessing.

Important Access Requirements for T&E, eBuy and BI/BOBJ

You access both T&E and eBuy from the MJN Portal via the Application dropdown list.

If you receive access to both T&E and eBuy you only need to change your password in the SAP Enterprise Portal one time. You can then access both applications.

If you are a remote T&E user, you access T&E through the URL https://ep.mjnportal.mjn.com/irj/portal.

If you receive access to BI/BOBJ-Business Intelligence/Business Objects, you must first logon to BI for PRD via the SAP Logon Pad entry before launching BOBJ through the supplied URL. See the section Accessing BI through the BOBJ URL for the First Time.

Accessing SAP through the SAP GUI for the First Time

Follow these steps to change your temporary Password to your actual Password. You must do this for each SAP application you can access through the SAP Logon Pad (SAP ECC, for example).

1. Either double-click the SAP shortcut on your desktop or from the Windows desktop follow the menu path Start Programs SAP Front End SAP Logon. The SAP software starts and you see the SAP Logon Pad.

2. On the SAP Logon Pad, scroll down to the system listed in this email. It will be listed under MJN SUNRISE Production Systems. Once at the correct system, click on it.

3. The system is highlighted in the SAP Logon Pad.

4. Click Logon. You see the SAP Logon page.

5. Enter the following information:

Client 500

Your User ID from this email

Your temporary Password from this email

If other than English, set your language

6. A t the top left corner of the SAP Log on window, click the green checkmark (the Enter icon). You will see the new password popup.

7. Enter your new password into both fields:

New password

Repeat password Remember, you must enter the same password in both fields. Your password must meet MJN password rules. See the section MJN Password Rules.

8. Click the green checkmark (the Enter icon). You see the SAP License.

9. Click the green checkmark (the Enter icon). You see the SAP Easy Access Menu where you can begin your work.

Accessing T&E and eBuy through the Portal for the First Time

Follow these steps to login and change your password when accessing SAP through Web-based SAP for running T&E (Travel & Expense) or eBuy.

1. You access SAP T&E and eBuy from the MJN Portal through the Application dropdown list. If you are a remote T&E User, open your Web browser and enter the URL for the MJN Global Portal https://ep.mjnportal.mjn.com/irj/portal.

2. You see the Mead Johnson Global Portal Login page.

3. Enter the following information:

The User ID from this email

The temporary Password from this email 4. Click Log on. You see either an expanded spot on the portal page or the New Password

Repeat password Remember, you must enter the same password into both fields. Your password must meet MJN password rules. See the section MJN Password Rules.

6. When complete, either click (the Enter icon) or Change. 7. You see the MJN Global Portal page where you can begin your work.

Accessing BI through the BOBJ URL for the First Time

Follow these steps to change your temporary Password to your actual Password if you receive access to BI/BOBJ-Business Intelligence/Business Objects.

1. Either double-click the SAP shortcut on your desktop or from the Windows desktop follow the menu Start Programs SAP Front End SAP Logon. The SAP software starts and you see the SAP Logon Pad.

2. At the SAP Logon Pad, scroll down to and highlight the system BI for PRD.

The system is highlighted in the SAP Logon Pad.

3. Click Log On. You see the SAP Logon page.

4. Enter the following information:

Client 500

Your User ID from this email

Your temporary Password from this email

If other than English, set your language

5. A t the top left corner of the SAP Log on window, click the green checkmark (the Enter icon). You will see the new password popup prompting you for a new password.

6. Enter your new password into both fields:

New password

Repeat password Remember, you must enter the same password in both fields. Your password must meet MJN password rules. See the section MJN Password Rules.

7. Click the green checkmark (the Enter icon). You see the SAP License.

8. Click the green checkmark (the Enter icon). You see the SAP Easy Access Menu.

9. Close the SAP Easy Access Menu by clicking the “x” in the upper right corner of the screen.

10. You are now able login to BOBJ through a Web browser using your SAP User ID and your new password. Enter the following URL into your Web browser to access BOBJ http://mjnraxp038.net.mjn.com:8080/InfoViewApp/logon.jsp.

Note that the URL is case sensitive and must be entered exactly as shown.

MJN Password Rules

Passwords within MJN must meet these requirements:

Be 6 or more characters long.

Entered in English letters (Latin characters).

Must contain at least one number (0-9).

Start and end with a letter (a-z or A-Z).

Be different from your last 12 passwords.

For how-to questions, check back through your Training Materials, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WIs) to ensure you are performing your tasks correctly.

If you do not have the information necessary to resolve your problem, contact a member of the Sunrise User Support Team for assistance. You contact the Sunrise User Support Team first for any questions, issues or problems with SAP after Go-Live. Members will be wearing blue shirts and have “SAP Expert: Ask Me How” buttons.
