With its 50-storey Tower rising 170m above the South Bank, One Blackfriars will be a striking new landmark for Central London providing 274 new homes.

The 50 storey tower is one of the tallest residential buildings in Europe and will accommodate 215 homes. Residents benefit from a range of on-site facilities including restaurants, retail outlets and bars and a 275 metre riverside promenade.

At 13 acres, Battersea Reach is a major regeneration site in Wandsworth. The development has transformed former industrial land into a thriving mixed use community. The development has also opened up a large section of the river for public enjoyment.
PUTNEY WHARF
St George regenerated 3 acres of brownfield land in Putney to provide 210 homes and 65,000 sq ft of commercial space including shops, cafes, restaurants, bars and a public house. A public river walkway, square, courtyards and community facilities were also delivered.

At 169m, the building is the tallest structure in Manchester and amongst the highest mixed- use towers in Europe. The tower accommodates a hotel with apartments. At street level, the different components of the hotel are arranged to exploit the activity of the foyers, bar and restaurant.

A new landmark in the city. The building height varies from 9 to 14 floors of apartments that are lifted on elegant inclined columns above a retail podium. The simplicity of the prismatic form is complemented by ‘aerofoil’ roofs that hover over penthouses along the raking North elevation.
URBIS, MANCHESTER
The result of an international design competition, the project creates a contemporary urban landmark the design of which is distinguished by the simplicity and the ambiguity of its translucent façade.
