At 169m, the building is the tallest structure in Manchester and amongst the highest mixed- use towers in Europe. The tower accommodates a hotel with apartments. At street level, the different components of the hotel are arranged to exploit the activity of the foyers, bar and restaurant.

A new landmark in the city. The building height varies from 9 to 14 floors of apartments that are lifted on elegant inclined columns above a retail podium. The simplicity of the prismatic form is complemented by ‘aerofoil’ roofs that hover over penthouses along the raking North elevation.
