can hit many targets● Gets the name from the sound it makes when fired● Previously used in World war 2● Still used today

● Type of ammunition that was used for a single shot grenade launch
● Produces illumination● Only used at night to spot enemy soldiers
Tracer ● Bullets or cannon caliber projectiles that are built with a small pyrotechnic
charge in their base● Bullets are connected by metal clips● Ignited by burning powder, the pyrotechnic composition burns brightly
making the projectile visible to the naked eye
