1. Functional Objective:
Management office assists the Management in strategic planning and monitoring of the Group businesses.
operates closely with the VIDEOCON Management, business heads, corporate functions and the business revie
councils above and below the ranks.
2. Position Objective:The Corporate Strategy Group supports the Management in driving the business planning process, conductin
regular review and evaluation of business performance, decision-making on various business parameters, as als
formulation and implementation of strategic initiatives. It prioritizes key areas of focus and actively follows u
on strategic and operational issues, on behalf of the Management.
To aid the Management in business performance analysis of a set of businesses. To improve momentum of decision making by reducing the cycle time. To bridge strategic information gap through constant monitoring. To actively follow up business issues with each Business/Corporate Function on behalf of th
Management and provide Action Taken Reports.
To drive the Business Review Council process in the Group through meetings, audio/ video conferencing To render timely advice to the Management on issues relating to Corporate Governance. To anticipate demands on the Management time and take proactive initiatives Assist Management in managing the key external interfaces. Help Management decide on potential new business entry
