Message)– Prepares budget– Prepares production schedule

• Scriptwriter– Script serves as guide for production– Script usually rewritten several times

• Director– Translate the script into specific video
and audio images– Works with scriptwriter, art director and
other members of preproduction team

• Art Director– Responsible for the set design or taping
location– Prepares the Floor Plan – the diagram of
scenery, stage properties, chairs, tables, plants, etc.
