Print out this sceptre template and glue the two halves onto card. Then cut out the two halves

following the dashed lines and stick them together using the flap at the bottom of the top section.

Print out the moustache template and glue it on to card. Cut the moustache out to along the dashed lines to create your prop. Finally, use double sided sticky tape to secure it to your top lip!
