The purpose of master's thesis is to identify the problems and justification of the ways to optimize the priorities of tourism development in Ukraine using the world experience.

The object of research is the international tourism market.

The subject of study is the complex of theoretical and practical issues of tourism development in Ukraine.

Tourism is an active and relaxed form of communication between people. Expanding of the tourism ties between countries is an important issue of international relations. The issue of tourism development, its political, economic and cultural impacts on the world economy and international relations are actively discussed in the political, business and academic circles.

The tourism sector is one of the strategic sectors of the economy.

However, in the formation of the tourist market is the presence of a number of necessary components of the tourism industry and only recreational potential does not guarantee the successful development of national tourism.

An important aspect in ensuring the effectiveness of cooperation of tour operators and travel agents in the circumstances on Ukrainian tourist market due to the abolition of licensing of travel agencies can serve as a circuit franchise relationship, which is very popular in many world countries (Germany, USA, Canada Russia, etc.).

Economic support of state policy encourages the development of tourism industry, using for this budget, investment and fiscal measures.

Measures to regulate money circulation as part of state policy of tourism are mainly used to maintain the international competitiveness of the country's tourism product.

Also important to the development of tourism are the attracting investment resources.

Cooperation with the EU will open great opportunities for the use of organizational and financial mechanisms and improving economic effective tourism.

The feasibility of implementing Internet technology in the activities of tourism enterprises in turn increases sales of travel services, stepping up the pace and efficiency of the tourism industry.
