Principal’s Message
Spring is finally here and we are hoping we have seen the last of the snow! With the beginning of the new season and spring showers, which unfortunately also bring the mud before the spring flowers, we ask that students please be sent with outdoor footwear (rubber boots or outdoor shoes) suitable for playing in the yard. With the good weather soon upon us, we will also be holding fire drills, a lockdown drill and a tornado drill in the near future so that staff and students are prepared in the event of an emergency. A big thank you to all who attended and organized Victoria's Movie Night last week. What a great way to build and celebrate community! We also invite you to support the upcoming Poetry Cafe, Mad Science Night and Jump Rope for Heart event to be held this month. We would like to remind you that Friday, April 5th is a Professional Devel-opment Day. On that day, our staff will be involved in professional devel-opment activities related to the delivery of the Ontario Curriculum, spe-cifically in the area of numeracy.
Yours sincerely,
Julie Bujouves
