______________________________________________________________ _____________ Vice President of Internal Relations The Vice President Internal is responsible for the club’s administrative matters and direct questions that are made within the club. He/She will be responsible for any relevant communication that is needed for the functioning of the organization, as well as communication with the Faculty Advisor. A summary of duties include: - Creation of an online platform to keep records of agendas and meeting notes - Attendance to all meetings to keep record of what was said and what is to be done - Communication within the group in regards to scheduling - Creation of a contact list of phone numbers, e-mail addresses and other relevant contact information of all members of the group - Proof read of any important information that will be sent externally - Frequent communication with the club’s Faculty Advisor about the progression of the club and its efforts to promote the SMO Major Qualifications - Great leadership skills and the ability to adapt to different situations - Organizational and strong communication skills - Knowledge of MS Office - Self-reliant and a critical thinker - The ability to work in a group - Responsible and confident with interacting with club members - The ability to stay calm under stressful situations
