your engagement and thank you for your interest in hosting one of the most important days of your
life here with us!
The Experience. The Journey, The Destination | Viaggio Estate & Winery is located in the heart of Lodi’s iconic Wine Country, nestled
among lush estate vineyards, shady walnut orchards and alongside the serene Mokelumne River.
Our goal is to accommodate your special day in the most extraordinary way possible.
At Viaggio, we believe in magical, memorable happily-ever-after's, and we offer a unique,
beautiful setting and stress free accommodations that allow you to celebrate in perfect bliss!
Imagine making a striking entrance as you stand at the top of our grand staircase leading
down to sweeping green lawns. Consider the “Secret Garden” for intimate gatherings, or a
distinctly secluded affair where privacy is of the utmost importance. Or, picture yourself saying “I
do” under the shady, natural canopy of our walnut orchard. Any location you choose offers a
breath taking backdrop to complement your dream day!
Viaggio is an exclusive venue, and hosts only 28 events a year per San Joaquin County
limitations. For this reason, Viaggio reserves the right to carefully select each event that takes
place on the property, and requires a minimum of 100 adult guests.
Unparalleled Location offering Full Services | Viaggio not only offers you a venue for your ceremony and reception, we also have
options to streamline your entire wedding weekend: River Cottage Rental for overnight stays, wine
tours and shuttle services on our Trolley, Rehearsal Dinners on our tasting room patio and Sunday
Morning Brunch options!
Wedding Team & Exceptional Cuisine | Our wedding package includes unlimited phone and e-mail planning services, layout
design and up to three face-to-face meetings, ceremony rehearsal and day-of coordination
services by our on-site Event & Wedding Coordinator, Stephanie White. Services include event
planning, preparation assistance, and the management of timeline and staff.
Also, as part of your wedding package, we offer complete ceremony site and reception
setup and breakdown including: sign in table, gift table, ceremony table, dining tables, cake
table, chairs, linens and napkins, fine China, flatware, and stemware, as well as a complete staff
of professional servers and bartenders.
Gourmet hors d’oeuvres and dinner entrées are prepared exclusively by our on-site
Executive Chef Bernardo Martinez. Dinner is served Perfectly Plated or Viaggio Grand Buffet
Style. Custom menus are available upon request.

Main Street Cocktail Hour | Following the ceremony, your
guests will enjoy socializing on Main Street!
While you take pictures, entertain your
guests with refreshments and hand-passed
or expertly displayed hors d’oeuvres.
If weather is inclement, cocktail
hour is hosted in our tasting room, named
Vino di Vita, Italian for “Wine of Life”.
Main Street is also the premium
location for a picture perfect sparkler
send off at the end of the night!
Outdoor Ceremony [ Whether you chose to say “I do”
along the Mokelumne River, on the
grand stair case, or nestled in the
"Secret Garden," Viaggio offers the
perfect place to begin your journey to
forever!
Ceremonies typically begin at 5
pm, although can begin earlier or later
upon request. Ceremonies must be
followed by a reception at Viaggio.
La Bella Vita Reception ] Dinner service is provided in our
reception hall La Bella Vita, Italian for
“The Beautiful Life,” which can seat
up to 480 people at maximum capacity.
In accordance with San Joaquin
County noise ordinance, most receptions
end at 10 pm. Extended hours can be
accommodated by acquiring a permit
from the county, and are subject to
availability.
Outdoor receptions hosted on
the lawn can also be accommodated,
with other considerations.

The River Cottage
The Man Cave
The spacious one bedroom River Cottage boosts a king size bed, full kitchen and full bathroom,
plus plenty of mirrors and natural light, as well as salon shampoo bowl so the bride and her attendants
can relax and enjoy the day at a leisurely pace. The River Cottage is also available for overnight stays!
Luxurious Day Of Accommodations ] The River Cottage and The Man Cave are available as early as 9 am on your wedding day until
the conclusion of your reception.
Men, we haven’t forgotten about you! Enjoy kicking back with your groomsmen in our well
equipped Man Cave. 3D High Definition 70” big screen with Direct TV, pool, foosball, and basketball
games to keep you entertained, and your anticipation at bay! Outdoor activities such as bocce ball,
disc golf and croquet are also available.
Complete Wedding Venue ] includes day use of man cave and river cottage, complete ceremony & reception site setup and five total hours
of staffed event time. all food & beverages are additional and billed per person. minimum of 100 adult guests required.
$2500 deposit to reserve [ payments 6 months & 3 months prior [ balance due 21 days prior 3

Private Food Tastings ] Reservations for private tastings are available Thursdays only between 11 am and 3 pm,
by appointment only, and subject to availability. Date & time, menu selections, and total guests attend-
ing are due 14 days in advance. All tasting fees will be included in your total wedding invoice.

Additional guests are billed per person. Six guest maximum.
Hors d’Oeuvre options are available by request,
subject to availability, & will be billed at market price.

Refreshment Options & Packages ]
Unlimited Wine & Beer Package | From the moment your ceremony ends until 10 pm, provide your guests with unlimited
Viaggio red, white and sparkling wine, Coors Lite, Blue Moon and Lagunitas IPA on draft, iced
tea, water, juice, soda and coffee. The wine & beer package is mandatory for all weddings and
events, also extended host mandatory for extended hours. For guests under 21 years of age,
unlimited non-alcoholic beverages options are available.

Spirits & Cocktail Bar | Unlimited wine & beer package is required to provide hard alcohol. You provide the
liquor and our bartenders will mix and serve! Viaggio will provide standard cocktail mixers: Coke,
Sprite, tonic, orange juice, and cranberry juice inside Vino di Vita and La Vita Bella. To serve
mixed drinks outside on Main Street, it is the responsibility of the engager to provide canned soda
or bottles of juice, as well other mixers (Triple Sec, Vermouth) and garnishes (Mint, Limes, Cherries)

garden patio and offer a seamless transition from ceremony rehearsal to dinner! Buffet style rehearsal
dinner menus have been prepared to make organizing your rehearsal dinner a breeze.
