Mike Fisher/San Antonio Express-News Bus Rapid Transit service starts this month VIA Metropolitan Transit’s first bus rapid transit line, called VIA Prímo, launches service Dec. 17. VIA Prímo Circulator Medical Center bus circulator When bus rapid transit service begins, the new South Texas Medical Center Transit Center at Babcock Road and Medical Drive opens, replacing the old center on Merton Minter. The transit agency will also launch its medical center shuttle service, called the Medlink Circulator, which will take passengers from the new transit hub to places in the medical center not on the Prímo route. 10 35 37 281 S.
