The Manufacturer of Green sand Mould
casting in both Ductile and Grey Iron to domestic and
international standards.
The castings will be supplied in Machined and Un-
Machined condition.
Present Installed Capacity is 3000 MT / Annum.
Planning to enhance the capacity up to 7200 MT..

The Main production house in 10000 Sq.feet Surrounded by over
3.6 acres of free land area along with Administrative office,
Laboratory, Fettling shop , Stores, Pattern shop etc in Thogaimalai
Main Road, R.T.Malai Village, Trichy-620 017. Tamil Nadu,
INDIA.
Sand Plant
Sand plant is fully automatic controlled by PLC panels
The plant is built with heavy M.S structural to 20mtrs height
and is equipped with a most modern integrated sand preparation and
processing system.
It produces 30 tons/hr with 1000Kg Sand mixer on automatic
batching system controlled by PLC panels.
The sand plant comprises of return sand hopper 60 tons new sand
hopper 20 tons capacity and two additive hoppers of each 1 ton.

Equipped with the most modern ARPA 450 simultaneous jolt squeeze
moulding machine.

our dedicated tool makers for both casting & Machining.
