    DESCRIPTIONA coccidiostatic feed additive for use during the manufacture of commercial poultry feeds.

    COMPOSITION

    Sulphaquinoxaline ............................................................... 48g

    Trimethoprim ...................................................................... 9.6g

    INDICATIONSulphacox-T is indicated for the prevention via poultry feeds of coccidial and bacterial infections in poultry. It isused for the prevention of coccidial infections in broilers of all ages, layer chicks, grower birds, turkeys &breeder flocks.

    Prevention of Coccidiosis:Sulphacox-T is particularly effective in the control and prophylaxis via poultry feeds of caecal and intestinalcoccidiosis caused by Eimeria tenella, E. necatrix, E. acervulina, E. brunetti, & E. maxima in poultry.

    Prevention of Bacterial Diseases:Sulphacox-T is also bactericidal and thus effective in the prevention of bacterial diseases caused by microbesthat are sensitive to Trimethoprim - Sulphaquinoxaline combination.

    DOSAGE & ADMINISTRATIONSulphacox - T is used as a feed additive for the prevention of coccidiosis via poultry feeds. It is to beincorporated into the feed during the manufacture of the following feeds:

    Chick mash

    Growers mash

    Broiler starter

    Broiler finisher

    Administration

    By oral route after incorporation during feed manufacture.

    Dosage

    1kg of Sulphacox - T per tonne of feed.

    Ensure good dispersion/mixing throughout the feed during manufacture

    WITHDRAWAL PERIOD

    Meat: 5 days (before slaughter of the chicken)

    Eggs: N/A (Ref Precautions above)
