Vestibule Training:-

The concept of vestibule training center is that the peopleWill learn and develop while working in the situationsSimilar to what they will face after they are put on the actual job.

Vestibule training consists of two parts-First , there is lecture method which is conducted in class room meant of this purpose. The lecture focuses on theoretical framework and principles involved in the job performance.second, there is practical exercise based on theoretical aspects in a workshop which is similar the shop floor in production department.

Advantages of vestibule training:-• As the training provided in a different place ,

there is lesser distraction of traineesattention.

• Trainees feel more freedom for experimentation as they are away from the actual work place .

• Since the training is away from the actual production process. it is not affected by training process.
