The products are manufactured in our factory using rotational molding technol-ogy. Rotational Molding involves a heated hollow mold which is filled with powder

Materials used– The material used for the production of the plastic tanks Linear Low Density Polyethylene powder (LLDPE) is suitable for rotational moulding with good mechanical properties. – It is UV stabilized for use in outdoor applications and conforms with the European directive 2002/72/EC and the CYS EN 12873-1-2003.

The large scale installation solutions from Vesta have been developed to take energy from the sun to deliver large quantities of hygienic hot water for houses, hospitals, care homes, factories and hotels.

The sun heats up the liquid in the solar panels on the roof. The heat from the solar liquid is transferred to a thermally stratified buffer tank. According to the energy needs, hygienic domestic hot water may be produced instan-taneously, either centralized or decentralized. The Vesta solutions may also ideally be configured to support room heating and/or swimming pool heating.

We undertake the design and full installation of your large scale solar system customized to your needs.

The solar system is set up using Vesta premium solar collectors. The collectors are certified with Solar Keymark that guaranties their high performance.

The buffer tank is an ideal cylinder for storing large quantities of hot water. It includes heat exchanger coils which are used for transferring the hot liquid from the solar collectors to the buffer tank.

The system includes a solar pump station to be installed in the primary solar circuit. It is suitable for easy wall mounting. The differential controller is integrated into the station making it more compact.
