Using Recognition Points

• Foundation Recognition Points are earned by clubs (through club gifts) and individuals (through personal gifts once they become a PHF)

• Points can be awarded to Rotarians and Non-Rotarians

• Points cannot be transferred to the club to re-gift to others

• Points cannot be applied to your own Recognition Amount

Page 26: VERY

Who can transfer what?

• Individuals can transfer their own Recognition Points to other individuals.

• Club Presidents can transfer club points and points of former and deceased members.

• Caution: When a former member returns, they can reclaim their points if they were transferred without their consent. Secure consent first before using those points. Otherwise the club must refund them.
