Q1. How to reinstall software?
A: Step1: Please check uninstall driver properly(please reference to manual). Step2: Then, please restart your operating system. Step3: Please note below steps when you re-install software Please note if you already install software as below, please close them before you install our software, or it will cause install improperly. 1.To avoid compatibility issues between many application(ex. Norton….), please close them before you install our software. 2. If you already install other video device (ex. Webcam…), they might have some shortcut in the take bar. Please close them as well before you install our software. 3. If you are playing some video or sound programs (ex. Beyond TV…), they might have some shortcut in the take bar. Please close them as well before you install our software. After check those steps, please reference to manual to install.

Q2. How to run the diagnose program?
A:
How to run GetSysInfo :
Step1. Please click GetSysInfo to run it directly. :
Before run GetSysInf, please plug your USB box into your computer and install the software. When you see picture as below, please press “OK” to continue run the diagnose program.
Step2.Please close the window.
Step3. After you run the program, it will dump the system and multimedia information to a file under root of disk C:.

Q4. Why cannot record more than 3.99G?
A: When your windows operating system is FAT32, a file cannot store more than 4G. If your windows operating system is NTFS, it will not been limited.

Q5. When run ATVR program, it appears “Error on Event 900” and “Cannot pin, so it cannot work ($80040209)”. How to solve the problem?
A: Please adjust the Hardware acceleration. Follow below steps to setup. Step1. Please click right button on your desktop and select “properties”.
Please choose “settings”=>”advanced”.

Step3. Select “troubleshoot”=>adjust the”Hardware acceleration”.
Q6. When run ATVR, it appears “Invalid Class String”.
A: When you install “K-Lite Codec Pack”, “ACE Mega Codec Pack” or other software
codec, such as “Direct Show Filter”, these applications may affect your programs.
（ex: K-Lite Codec Pack v2.53）
Step1：Please check the Add or Remove Programs in control panel. If it is absolutely necessary to install the codecs, please use custom setup to choose

1. Please check TV box was found and the driver installed properly in device manager(please reference to manual). If the driver didn’t install properly, you will see “!” or “?” in device manager. Please try to reinstall driver to solve the question (Please reference manual). 2. Please check whether sound card driver install properly in device manager. Please refer to below picture. If the sound card is disabling, ATVR will have error message.

Q7. How to know what driver and application version we use?
A: Please reference to Q2 to run the program, it will show you software version.
Q8.Video works fine but no sound.
A: Please help us to confirm that using PVR PLUS to capture will get the same problem or not.
1.Please connect the audio out of TV card to speaker directly to check, if the sound come out from tv card.
If no, this tv card has problem on audio-out.

Audio capture device should be your Audio Device . Audio source... If we plug the audio bridge cable connector into blue hole, please choose line in. If we plug the audio bridge cable connector into red or pink hole, please choose mic. Please launch Start Menu→Run→ key in "sndvol32", we'll launch Volume Control.
Please check Line In and MIC are not "mute".

If we plug the audio bridge cable connector into blue hole, please select line in.

If we plug the audio bridge cable connector into red or pink hole, please select mic. If your sound card have sound manager(for example:Below is gigabyte). Please select "2CH Speaker". And select "line in" or "mic". There are many sound devices use 5.1 ch output configuration, please check the sound vendor utilities setting in your Windows control panel. Make the blue hole become the original function--Line In(Or Rear Blue In).

Q9. How to connect video camera composite output to this device?
A: If you connect the extra video source (camera) to this device. You must connect the video output of camera to the Audio input (PVR-TV 883) via composite or S Video cable => . Then connect Audio output (PVR-TV 883) <=> Audio input (line in / Mic of SOUND CARD) ; If use S Video cable, you also need connect Audio output (video camera) <=> Audio input (line in / Mic of SOUND CARD)
And Audio output (SOUND CARD) <=> SPEAKER.

Q10.When open operating system, it display “IRQ error”.
A: Please check whether the other hardware has the same IRQ with the TV card.

You can change a PCI slot to re-install the TV card to solve the coexisted IRQ problem .
