In CMS Search dialog, new CMS ‘Articles’ tab is added to enable the user to search in Articles along with the ‘Classes’. By default, the search will occur in the current class.A new checkbox column is added in Classes ‘search results’ grid, so that user can select the classes in which the articles have to be searched for. The user also has anoption to search in the entire class system.The ‘Articles’ tab has two sub tabs to search in • Article Details • Article ValuesIn the ‘Article Details’ sub-tab, the user can search the search text in • Articles• Article Description • Class Layout (System) and • Class Layout (Manual)In the ‘Article Values’ sub-tab, the user can specifically select the article type (Attribute, Table, Any (table or attribute or article code), Article code) and specify the exact search criteria with the expression and value for the corresponding article type. The generated query is shown to the user for a quick review.The article search results are shown in the grid. The Undo functionality in Multi Article View is implemented on the records which are• Newly Inserted• Modified and • Deleted

The user has to select a record in multi article view to ‘Undo’. This functionality is provided on a single record at one time.

The ‘undo’ on a newly inserted record will clear the data inall the cells in that particular record. The system will show a message box to the user with options to ‘undo’ or ‘not toundo’ (Yes / No) the changes made in that particular record. The user can control the appearance of the message box.

The ‘undo’ on a modified (updated) record will revert back to the original values in all the cells in that particular record.

The ‘undo’ on a deleted record is provided by ‘‘Undo Deleted Rows” menu item. Upon clicking on this menu item, a new dialog opens with the deleted records (this dialog is opens-up only if there are any deleted records). The user can select the deleted records and ‘Undo Delete’the records. This will close this dialog and replaces the selected records in the multi article view.

For a non template spec when we try to modify the product group specification we display a message as "Product group spec cannot be modified from the project."Even if we click on the row header and press delete button the same message is displayed.

Table detail is not represented consistently throughout SPRD Plus. At few places Short Description was shown and few other places Short Description combined with Group Code was shown.Now at all the places in SPRD Plus wherever “Table Detail” exists, corresponding short description is shown, and wherever “Component Group”, “Part” exists corresponding “Group Code”, “Part Code” is shown respectively.

SPRD Explorer: Window 8, Tab Page: Cust. Ident Attr. Values caused a "No data found" message, when no datais existing. This confuses our users, as Window 8 shows several ident data, and a "No data found" message to appear is not the expectation, when a screen is not completely empty.

In the commodity code grid,selecting the values for moving attributes from hidden to visible is done successfully.

In CMS Class Dependent Property Grid, the below workflow was encountering an error - Delete a row in edit mode displaying error. Clicking save grid is not deleting the row. This is resolved and the row successfully gets deleted andthe grid is saved.

We are now able to save multiple tag numbers to an Ident.

Correction of variable attribute functionality for table groups.

Trying to add the hidden columns in MAV then auto filter is not instantiated for that particular property. This is resolved and now aulto filter is instantiating properly.

Spec copy of SP3D information will use the Spec Type of the destination spec when insert data.

This problem has been fixed by modifying the SP3D 1008 Query data source name from m_sys.M_SP3D_TPL_SHT_DTA_SP to M_SP3D_TPL_SHT_DTA_SP so that this screen will have the data only from related project and product group.

When MAV is in edit mode, if user does the following, - Select a row and select “Show NLS from right menu”Change the Ident NLS grid to edit modeWhen the user tries to select the LOV in the Ident NLS grid an exception was displayed.

Click on main menu and select add/remove workspace component. An error is displayed. This is resolved and the add/remove workspace component menu item is disabled.When the user tries to open this grid when MAV is in edit mode, an exception is displayed.This is resolved and the user is not allowed to view this grid when MAV is in edit mode.

All the fields in the Manufacture Details group box were disabled.These fields are enabled now.It is mentioned that no data can be entered in the supplier details window. This is a per functionality. No action required.

In the CMS Ident NLS screen was closing in edit mode. Now this window is not allowed to close in edit mode.

In the components manager screen we are now able to delete the components successfully.

Duplicate entries are produced in part sheets as Idents created from the Spec Management screen use the Tag number as part of the key. There are multiple idents for the same commodity code/size/schedule.

This script will check and remove the duplicate entries. In order to use this script the user must select the ‘Extended Customization’ to ‘Y’ for that sheet in SP3D 10.07 Sheet Configs and also attach the procedure ‘DELETE_DUP_VALVE_RECORDS’ to that sheet.

The migration script will take a sheet config, project, as input and on executing will check the ‘Extended Customization’ option to ‘Y’ for all part class sheets containing ‘Valve’ keyword in their name and attach the procedure ‘DELETE_DUP_VALVE_RECORD’ to those sheets. This script can be used optionally by customers.

The date format is changed and validated as per the UI orculture language. This is implemented for all the screens of CMS now. Appropriate messages are displayed in caseof any failure of validation.

This is resolved now and the exception is handled. User now gets proper messages during checkgrid and on cell leave as well.

This is fixed now and no unhandled exception is getting generated.

Sometimes wrong number of parameters were being passed at the time of instantiating the objects. Proper typecasting is now being done. This is resolved now and no error is appearing.

Right clicking on any row in workload screen is now showing the Menus without any error.

Creating a new branch displays the control status both initially and also when the fields(like short description, description etc) are edited.

On clicking edit cmd button, now grid view of current branch is displayed as expected.This is fixed in the current development version only.

CG$MTG_TAB_ID, CG$MTG_TAB_GROUP_ID are set before opening the screen.

SPIso export tables now contain references to the tables m_idents and m_commodity_codes for correct creation ofbranch table information in SPIso.

This was ocurring due to improper instantiation of the object. Sometimes the object itself was not instantiated and the control was trying to compare with its value (of uninstnatiated object). This is handled now and similar exceptions are now not generated.

The feature of add workspace or remove workspace is not supported in CMS. The corresponding menu item is now disabled and is now not available in the corresponding screen. Hence this error is addressed.

The NLS in the screen S.30.11 is now displayed properly.

Creating a new revision or copying a spec will also includethe field ‘Size Filter’ of the spec items.

Modification of delta processing to get correct results (independent of database release)

We found that this was not an error. Due to repeated clicking of the button, the same process was being called multiple times. Each call of the process takes time to execute hence cumulative time to execute the same process a number of times takes more time. This appearslike as if the system has hanged but in reality the system is not hanging rather executing the process. The control finally returns to the system.

LOV on attribute code will not show duplicate records any more.

This is resolved. Now only one message box is appearing.

When the class name was empty and trying to invoke the LOV in parent class field, then the exception was getting generated. This is addressed now. The correct LOV is displayed even if the class code is empty.

When a value is given manually instead of selecting from LOV a grid error message is being shown.

This problem has been fixed by modifying the SP3D 2001 code to display the job summary log correctly.

After selecting Copy All Defaults in the Cover Page the filtering default line is displayed properly.

Clicking Copy All Defaults button in the Cover Page is successfully copying all the defaults.

An appropriate message is displayed while saving the Filter condition.The message has been corrected to MAR-50174.

If filter name already exists, a new item will not be created.

The proj_id is being updated in tables M_COMMODITY_CODE_INTERFACES and M_COMMODITY_CODE_COMPANIES when the Commodity code is transfered from Project to PG.

The validation for duplicate data in the grid w.r.t. the grid data as well as the database data was generating the error. This is resolved now and is verified by the certification.

Button "Split Line":This button is used for splitting a receiving line item. A new item shipment is created for every splitted line item accordingly. You cannot create a split if a sub or po line item sub for the actual item shipment exists. The material receiving report must have the revision 0 andhave no posted date. Plates can also not be splitted. It is possible to split the original receiving line item, it is not possible to split the splitted line items again.

If this button is pressed Window 5 opens to set the original Item Ship Qty. This is only possible for split number 1. In higher splits, the field is protected against update. The right field Split Item Ship Qty (=Received Qty) must be filled in for every split you want to make. This window appears for every split, if you press the button continue.

Please make sure, that the sum of Item Ship Quantity of all splitted line items (including new original item shipmentqty) equals the old item shipment qty. Otherwise a messagebox appears, that this split is not possible.
