Zero Adjustment Support Input Loop Check Support Report Generation Support

User can easily execute the Zero Point Adjustment directly from FieldMate Home screen for Yokogawa Pressure/DP transmitters. This saves the time and prevents the wrong operation. Increase plant uptime and confirm accurate measurement.

Field Device can output specified analog signal (4-20mA) for the loop check. User can configure the Loop check pattern - % output, timing and execute the loop check automatically aiding quick commissioning and plant start-up.

FieldMate can generate the reports for the device configuration including comparison with past data, Loop check results which enable the proper documentation and record keeping in the Plant.

FieldMate guides the configuration & adjustment on the large screen and shows necessary parameters to confirm them very easily. Moreover, engineers can utilize maintenance guideline, product manual, multi-media file, etc. on the tablet during their work. This ensures high quality maintenance work.

Device Calibration & Adjustment Support

By the graphical interface, calibration work can be performed with monitoring the input pressure.

Supports the calibration work in combination with Pressure Calibrator CA700.

FieldMate supports linking additional user information about the device condition or installation environment such as Photo, Movie, Audio, Memo, etc. to each device. FieldMate can automatically synchronize these information to PRM for Total Plant Asset Management solutions. It’s time to change the way we manage our plant assets!

Same information (DeviceViewer) can be accessed by persons in the field and control room to avoid miscommunication during maintenance and trouble-shooting. Reduce Plant downtime and improve profitability.
