Description: Australia 108 is a residential supertall skyscraper currently under construction in theSouthbank precinct of Melbourne.

As the development's Cadastral Surveyors, Veris Australia are responsible for the following scope ofservices: Re-establishment Survey; Feature and Level Survey; Subdivision pursuant to Section 37Subdivision Act; and Owner Corporation and Schedules.

Description: The $164 million Smithfield Bypass Project involves the construction of a new bypass road whichwill improve traffic conditions on the Smithfield road network by addressing congestion. Project: Sydney Light Rail

Description: Veris were engaged at the Early Works stage, from May 2015 which involved topographicaland engineering detail survey used for engineering design. We also supported any construction activitiesundertaken.Upon the successful completion of the early works, we were engaged to provide surveyingservices for the major construction works. With a workforce of 22 staff and utilising total station,GNSS,mobile and terrestrial scanning technologies, Veris is involved in all engineering survey activities.

Description: Veris conducted 3D Laser Scanning and Modelling of the existingcorridor and stations, compliant with TransportNSW digital engineeringrequirements, as well as Subsurface Utility Investigation and Survey Control.
