What How
BTC verifications Desktop analysis, initial on-site verification and regular re-verification
NM declarations check Automated verification of timeliness, syntax, content, conformity and coherence
Operator measurement system evaluation Evaluation of measurement system against international standards for metrology
Transit matching Automated verification of consistency of declarations made by different operators
Records verification Semi-automatic check if on-site accountancy corresponds with declarations received and can be further substantiated by justification documents and operating records

Content of verification activities
15 21/10/2014
What How
Verify the declared flow & transformations of NM
Analyse data collected by unattended measurement systems or verify through measurement a sample of the received and produced NM
Verify declared inventory Count & identify items, establish process inventory, check for gross and partial defects through measurements
Material Balance Evaluation Analysis if measurement uncertainties can explain for MUF Trend analysis of CuMUF Trend analysis of shipper-receiver differences and special inventory change codes
Energy
What How
Audits Measurement system against ISO 17025 NMAC against Commission Recommendation
AP declarations Desktop analysis and interaction with operator/state authorities
