Benefit Concert Joel Rubin urges us to purchase tickets to a benefit concert sponsored by our club and the Mira Costa High School Interact Club to raise funds for a scholarship to honor Sandy Casey, our middle school teacher who was one of the Las Vegas shooting victims. The concert will feature classical guitarist Felix Kellaway with the MBMS Madrigal Singers and Joel. Tickets are available from Jay Harkenrider. The Older Adults Annual Holiday Luncheon “Celebration” is Wednesday, December 13, 11:00 am to 2:30 pm at Joslyn Center. I am asking for just 18 Rotary Volunteers to be servers and I already have four, so only 14 more please. I appreciate all the volunteers but with the space limitations and wanting to have as many older adults be able to attend 18 is the maximum number that we can accommodate so I hope members will understand. The doors open at 10:30 with music, welcoming remarks, the pledge, etc. with lunch at 11:30 am. Volunteers should be there around 11:00 am. Lido’s is catering again.
