A simple mix of Beefeater 24 gin,genmaicha tea cordial andrefreshing soda water make a delicious long drink, topped with crunchy bits of toasted genmaicha kernels.

LATE AUTUMN (V) - 110

Reminiscent of our favourite season of the year, a blend of Havana 3 years rum, chrysanthemum tea cordial, and homemade slow-cooked pandan syrup is carbonated in a Perlini shaker. Served over ice.

MILK TEA PUNCH (HOT) - 120

A warm, comforting mix of Havana 7 years rum washed with peanut butter, blended with evaporated milk and chai tea syrup,crowned with a slice of gingerbread.

A playful and surprising blend of whitechocolate liqueur, Frangelico, half and half,

and a pinch of salt. Shaken and strained,then served as a “glass of milk”.

Nitro frozen yoghurt spiked withAbsolut vodka, dark spices, lemon,

honey and an irresistible Christmas spirit.Served in a snow globe with

“snowy berries”.

The delicate fragrance of roses andmarshmallows are paired with

Beefeater gin and creamy rice milkbefore being carbonated and

topped with sparkling prosecco.Finished with a crispy rice cracker.
