the Ventec louvre with wind deflectors is a Fully tested and certified low profile, roof or wall mounted louvre which is designed to provide heat and smoke exhaust ventilation in protected stairwells, smoke shafts and corridors within residential apartments, hotels, warehouses, sports centres, shopping mall shops and offices. its principle application is to protect the buildings occupants escape routes from smoke and also to create a safe means of access for fire fighters.

available in clear and solid louvre blades, the insulated double skin aluminium Ventec louvre natural extract ventilator is suitable for installation at any angle from vertical to horizontal. opening by means of an electric actuator for smoke exhaust and daily ventilation purposes. the ventilator operates in conjunction with a Ventec control panel. it is operated by a manual break glass switch or fireman’s override switch.
