Account management to include Copper State outside salesperson working with our service personnel to ensure service commitments

In scheduling our onsite presence, we coordinate with your staff to pick the most appropriate day(s) and time(s) for regular visits so that you can rely upon our service

Onsite service is scheduled to reoccur on a daily, weekly, or bi-monthly frequency as needed

Unexpected or emergency service, including after-hours service, included!

Our service personnel are non-commission, therefore they are incentivized only by offering outstanding service – there is no value to us in overstocking bins.

Service typically includes: o Put-away inventory ordered from our

previous visit o General clean-up of the area o Review inventory that needs to be

replenished o Scan items (where possible) that need to

be replenished – order accuracy o Authorize replenishment needs with

customer representative, as desired o Come back on the next scheduled visit

and repeat the process Invoicing and charges We don’t charge for our onsite service, it is

included in the price of the items you purchase from Copper State

We invoice customers for the product that is delivered, when it is delivered.
