TERMSAny and all transactions between SCS Wraps and its customer are subject to these terms and conditions. Materials shall be paid in advance and prior to commencement of any work.

Payment forms include money order, cash, company check and credit card. Credit card transactions will be subject to a 1.5% convenience fee. Final payments shall be due for each vehicle upon installation completion.

Customer agrees to pay all costs of collection in the event of a default of payment by Customer, including reasonable attorney’s fees and costs. In the event of delinquent payments, the Customer shall be charged a rate of 1.5% per month. Venue for any dispute regarding the enforcement of this agreement shall be Bozeman, Montana.

Customer agrees that any additional work or materials not specifically set forth in the invoice are an extra which shall be billed and charged by SCS Wraps at its regular prices including but not limited to hourly rates for labor and services of $75.00 per hour and costs for goods and materials at costs plus twenty percent. Customer agrees that it shall pay for all extras billed and charged by SCS Wraps within days (10) of invoice and subject to a late charge of 1.5% of the total invoice per month until balance is paid. The terms of this invoice are good for a period of ten days at which time if not accepted shall be subject to change. All invoices and agreements are subject to the accompanying General Terms and Conditions.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONSCondition of Vehicles for Wrap Installation Customer agrees to have all vehicles delivered for wrap installation at Customer’s sole costs and expense, damage free, washed and dried and in a ready to install condition. Neither SCS Wraps nor its designated agents or subcon-tractors shall be responsible for any damage sustained to any vehicle prior to delivery. Any damage sustained to a vehicle prior to delivery will be noted by SCS Wraps and/or its designated agents or subcontractors upon delivery and such damage will excuse and invalidate the warranty provided by SCS Wraps Customer shall be responsible and bear the risk of all loss for any vehicle prior to delivery. If a vehicle is delivered in a designated location in damaged condi-tion, Customer shall have the vehicle repaired or replaced, as its sole discretion and its sole costs and expense. SCS Wraps shall have no obligation to install any wrap upon a damaged vehicle unless instructed by Customer to do so otherwise in which case Customer wavies and releases SCS Wraps Inc from any warranty provided herein. If a vehicle is not delivered to the designated location in a washed, dried, and ready to install condition SCS Wraps Inc shall charge, and Customer shall pay to SCS Wraps Inc an additional charge of $150.00 per vehicle that requires washing and drying prior to installation.

ArtworkSCS Wraps is not responsible for errors in spelling, color, or design regards to any and all artwork submitted by the client to SCS Wraps It is assumed that all artwork submitted to SCS Wraps by the client has been approved by the client prior to submission and is production ready. All artwork created by SCS Wraps will be submitted to client via a digital proof for approval. Prior to any printing all digital proofs must be approved by signature and returned to SCS Wraps via fax, mail, or email. Upon approval, SCS Wraps will not be held responsible for any errors or omis-sion in regards to spelling, color, or design.

Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations and rescheduling within 3 business days are subject to a $150 downtime fee. If materials are al-ready printed and/or produced the customer is also responsible for cost of material and production labor. Rescheduled appointments are subject to the next available installation date.

Down Time & On-Site InstallationsIn the event that an on-site installation is scheduled by the client, any and all down time will be billed at $75/hour. All clients specified installations will be subject to approval based on location, weather, and availability. Any and/or all aspects of client installation location that do not meet 3M’s warranty standards will be subject to a loss of warran-ty of product and installation. All on-site installations will be documented on a 3M approved warranty sheet.

Pickup of Completed VehiclesCustomer shall pick up and take delivery of any vehicle when the wrap installation has been completed at its sole costs and expense. Customer shall bear all risk of loss for any vehicle after completion of the wrap installation. Any vehicle not picked up after completion will be subject to an additional charge and storage fees in the amount of $25.00 per day unless prior arrangements have been made.

Appearance and AlterationsClient understands that the product purchased is a vehicle wrap. It is also understood that unlike a paint job on a ve-hicle, there can and will be seams, and patches that are necessary to cover entire vehicle and its contours and irregu-larities. It is also understood that upon approval of final graphic proofs, some changes to the finalized artwork may be necessary at the time of installation to allow the vehicle wrap to fit the vehicle’s shape. Client authorizes SCS Wraps to make such necessary changes.

Indemnity by Customer Customer agrees to indemnify and hold SCS Wraps harmless from any and all claims, cause of action or damages caused by customer and/or its agents or subcontractors including reimbursement of reasonable attorney fees and costs.

Severability In the event any portion of a provision of this agreement is deemed to be invalid or unlawful, the remainder of such provision and all other provision shall remain in full force and effect binding upon the parties.

CounterpartsThis agreement may be signed in any number of counter parts including by way of facsimile and all of which shall be deemed an original and one in the same.

Integration & Amendments This agreement constitutes the full and final understanding of the parties. The parties agree that there are no other agreements or understanding by and between them except as reflected and memorialized in this agreement and that they are not relying upon any other oral statement or understanding outside of this agreement to enter into same. This agreement cannot be modified or amended unless agreed in to a writing signed by the parties.

Time is of the EssenceTime is of the essence of reach and every performance required under this agreement. The wavier of any timely performance or obligation required under this agreement shall not constitute or be deemed a waiver of any right to demand or require timely, prompt, and complaint performance in the future.

If you’ve received this form, you have scheduled your vehicle to come in for an appointment. We have one small minor request before you come in.

WHAT DO I NEED TO DO?In preparation for your vehicle wrap project, we ask that you take your vehicle through a car wash the day before you drop your vehicle off, even if it is raining. A simple self servicehigh pressure car wash or basic automatic car wash (no wax or rain-x) at your local gas station or car wash facility (i.e. Scrubby’s) the day before your appointment will help prepare your vehicle for the wrap.

WHY DO I NEED TO WASH MY VEHICLE?This process will remove the daily road, dirt and grime from your vehicle and reduce the amount of time to prepare your vehicle. We ask you to do this the day before because theseals and jambs need to be completely dry before we can put any vinyl on the vehicle. If you have ever washed your own car, you will notice that right after the car wash when youroll down your windows or open a door, there is still moisture or water that is still remaining, even if you have gone through an automated car wash with a dryer. Doing it theday before gives the vehicle enough time to dry to eliminate this moisture from being a delaying factor in the wrap process.

WHAT IF I AM NOT ABLE TO WASH MY VEHICLE?If you have no other option than to bring in a vehicle that has not been washed the day before, we do have the ability to do this for you. However, to utilize this service, a cleaning fee would be applied at a standard rate based on estimated time to clean the vehicle. Please refer to the images to the right as to examples of different levels of vehicle condition. Pricing is as follows:
