GRANT APPLICATION FOR WARD 3 NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION
FUNDING
Grant monies will be distributed from proceeds of Vegetable
Garden Tours held in the summers of2010 and 2011. Grant awards of
not more than $500 will be made to applicants seeking funding
forprojects involving gardening, food production and education, and
neighborhood beautification. Allprojects must be done in Ward 3 but
those who live outside the ward can apply for funding for
suchprojects. No portion of the grant monies may be used to pay
salaries, and all projects must becompleted within one year of date
of award. The deadline for submitting an application for
fundingwill be January 10, 2012. Final decisions regarding grants
to be funded will be made by the reviewcommittee and the Board of
Directors of the Ward 3 Neighborhood Association. Anyone

Neighborhood Association, and a written summary ofthe project
delivered to the president at the conclusion of the project. This
