    Veg diet plan

    Take daily

    One Gem Cal or Shel Cal aft breakfast or after

    lunch till on diet with your docs advice

    One tab A TO Z after dinner till on diet with your

    docs advice

    Zero calories sugar free sweetener

    Fasting salt sindha namak

    Cow milk FULL FAT

    Onion one in a day accordingly you will use. And no

    raw onion garlic allowed. Garlic as much as you

    want.

    Use Amul Malai paneer OR COW MILK PANEER MADE ATHOME WITH WHITE VINEGAR OR TOFU SOY PANEER

    Early morning

    One or two glasses of plain Luke warm water.

    Morning

    After luke warm water tea/ coffee in hour withlittle cow milk and 0 calorie sugar free tab with4- 5 almonds

    Can take as break fast

    1 Paratha/ roti of (5gm =1 tsp) 3(15gm) tsp wheat

    flour + 1 tsp isabgol + 20gm veg + paneer 15gm in

    to it. With half bowl of curd or pudina chutney or

    paneer bhurjee.

    OrVeg sandwich with (2 brown bread slice + 40gm like

    tomato seedless and cucumber) can apply butter;

    allowed chutney and can add paneer.

    Or

    Take 6 tsp poha and add onion tomato capsicum

    paneer in to it.

    Or

    SAME WAY CAN MAKE UPMA WITH SUJI

    +

    Take cup cow milk (50ml) + cup water + 1.5 tspprotein powder in to that. (Gold standard wheyprotein) (Optional)

    Or

    Can take after some time your breakfast either inwater 2 tsp.

    Brunch

    1 bowl of veg clear soup or buttermilk (1 tsp curd

    diluted into 1 glass of water +sindha namak).take

    such 6 glasses in a day half to one glass after 30-

    35 min.

    or

    Buy Amul butter milk 200 ml add in to 1.25lt. Water

    with little sindha salt and drink as suggested. Or

    can take 2-3 times clear soup times suggested curry

    Lunch and Dinner

    1 bowl salad (tomato/cucumber/ cabbage /celery)

    3 3 suggested roti/ paratha + 1 bowl veg. + 1

    bowl soup or WATERY dal or curry

    Evening

    Tea /coffee sugar free with 4 5 almonds.

    Mid evening

    1 glass of buttermilk

    1 bowl of fruits like water/musk melon 150gm or

    papaya 50gm/or one small apple/orange/sweetlime/5-6

    straw berry /2 slices of pine apple/ banana

    Allowed vegetables

    Methi / palak / lettuce / celery / ladysfinger/brinjal /French beans radish/cucumber

    Tomato / torai /gilka / tinda /parwal / drumstick /

    / bitter gourd and pumpkin seedless / dhudhi

    /capsicum /mushroom / Green chilly /coriander /

    mint /ginger

    Recipes for vegetables

    Make your veg in a gravy form that is with one

    small tomato + 1/4th onion + little water. Add

    fasting salt. Mustard seeds in oil+ cumin seed less

    + turmeric powder + seedless red chilly powder

    little + dhaniyajeera powder + ginger chilly garlic

    paste + white vinegar + one small seedless tomato

    or mustard sauces and fasting salt

    RECIPE OF PARATHA

    Take suggested flour with isabgol in it for

    paratha add sindha namak ginger chilly

    garlic paste one tsp curd any of chopped veg

    like mint/ palak/ coriander /methy leaves or

    grated lauki /ghiya (dudhi)/cabbage /

    cauliflower/ capsicum/radish .knead the

    dough. Finally knead with little oil and can

    cook with little ghee butter on non stick

    Chutney

    Coriander or coriander + mint + rock salt + white

    vinegar + one or two sugar free tablet + green

    chilly + 2-3 almonds

    Clear soup

    Take 100 gm vegetables cook as above add two bowls

    of water and boil it .or take two very and cooked

    vegetable small tomato seedless make puree. Add 3

    bowl of water and cooked vegetable.

    Curry

    2 tsp gram flour + 1 tsp wheat flour 3-4 tsp cow

    milk curd blend it add one bowl of water. Can takeghee or little oil add little cumin seeds ginger

    chilly garlic paste and coriander for garnishing

    and boil for 10 min.

    then one medium cooked onion (not raw) and

    snacks

    Diet electoral

    Take one glass of water one pinch normal salt *one

    pinch fasting salt + one or two O calorie sugar

    free and one pinch Eno when you have headache,

    acidity ,gas, feel low one or two glass in a day.

    To take

    only suggested food so find your options from the

    allowed list. Follow diet for consistently five and

    half days in a week, can take break for one and

    half day. If out go for north Indian hotels take

    paneer veg + veg clear soup +if one roti (avoid

    pickles, fruits, salads of d day) or take half

    plate biryani form rice + clear soup Carry when out

    buttermilk /almonds/ paneer

    Do not forget
