• SAP S/4 HANA Implementation in April, 2016- 7 Modules, 24 Locations, 375 Users, Duration- 4.5 Months- Big Bang
• Upgrade from SAP S/4 HANA 1511 to 1610, enabling Vectus to move ahead in their technology roadmap and form a more
stable digital core.
• SAP S/4 HANA-DR Setup to support Business Continuity
• SAP Hybris C4C- Sales & Service (Integrated with Digital Core) deployed for our sales team nationwide, creating a digital
platform and providing sales with real-time analytical tools
• SAP Ariba Sourcing
• SAP Digital Compliance APP which played a critical role in maintaining compliance as per Indian government’s biggest tax
reform ever (GST).
• SAP Fiori 2.0 using App related to PR,PO release- used during travel of approving authorities, customer aging for collection
from field visit of executives.
• BI BO Dashboard– providing real time insight of organizational health from top management to manager level
• Organization is Successfully came up with an IPO This Year Only.

SAP S/4 HANA Migration to SAP S/4 HANA 1610 - Our HANA Deployment was 2nd in India and was 3rd
project gone live worldwide.
During Upgrade we did not raise a Single Ticket to SAP and entire migration was completed in 40 hours in
which total downtime during night was of 14 hours.
SAP Digital Compliance App - to reconcile our GST accounts and File Statutory reports. It helped find
rejected invoices, and/or invoices having problems with reconciliations – all in real-time. This improved
our working efficiency by 300%, in both man hours and manpower savings.
