Assignment 1

Creating different viewpoints on the same design sheet.


Assignment 2 (Part of) Five Pieces of Furniture on Floor Plan

creating five pieces of furniture followed by creating viewpoints on a layer sheet as in the first assignment.

The facing page shows furniture in situ using the floor plan given in class. this gives the opportunity to look at space available and placement.


Assignment 3

With the combination of gray out others and selection of layers I created a view plan of just the furniture in the room and used this as another way to create a viewport.

for the table in the kitchen I used the duplicate array functions for the table and chairs which will provide unity and speed in final designs.

In addition for this assignment, i begame more familiar with fill options for furniture, flooring and fabrics.

Picture from a combination of silhoettes and flags, muted in hues. Picture and colour palette agreed with Client.

Assignment 5

Sourcing colours from the Dulux range via the magnifying glass on Vectorworks to get the true colour.

Assignment 6

Tile and image import used to create wall paper and soft furnishing, which could include cushions, curtains and bed linens.
