15 Other Remarks The proposal was discussed in REC meeting dated 27.03.2015 and the following informations were sought:

i) Few C.A sites particularly in Jalandhar F.D. are still along road sides which are required to be changed to maintain such plantations for longer period. DGPS maps along' with GPS Co­ordinates of C.A sites are also required.

ii) NOC of railways & Irrigation Deptt's are required.

iii) As the project involves 29598 undcrGiEcd pok~, Dfi'o'i; i;huulL!. submit the list of such poles, species wise, which may be transplanted either by V.A. itself or by fonwt Dopartmont at tho expenses of the V.A. V.A shall be bound to bear the cost of transplantation & maintenance of such poles. As advised in the inspection note, Sutlej Catchment could be used for such replanting if available and in coordination with the concerned departments hi a time bound manner & on priority basis.

The reply of this office letter dated 16.04.2015 and reminder issued vide letter dated, 13.05.2015, is still awaited.
