litres transparent plastic container. Properly close the

fully filled pail with the plastic cover.

3) Keep the coconut milk and RO water mixture for 24 to 30

hours to let the mixture get fermented.

4) After the first fermentation completed, the mixture will

be separated in 3 layers in the platic container : top layer

is oil with some sludge, second layer is water with sludge

and the bottom layer is sludge.

5) Carefully use the steel ladle to scoop as much as possible

the top layer ( oil with sludge ) and keep it in the other

empty 20 litre transparent plastic container. Cover the

container when it is filled.

6) Keep the oil with sludge in the transparent plastic

container for 24 hours for second fermentation to take

place.

7) After the second fermentation is completed, the mixture (

oil with sludge ) will be separated in 2 layers : top layer is

the virgin coconut oil and bottom layer is the sludge.

Carefully use the steel ladle to scoop the top layer, which

is the virgin coconut oil out of the container.

8) Put a filter paper in the stainless steel strainer and place

them on top of a empty 20 litres transparent plastic
