Each day, students will suit up and head off to the launch pad for a time of worship and singing. Throughout the day they’ll explore God’s wonders in space: • Docking at the Cosmic Creations space station, they’ll make meaningful crafts that will remind them about the God of the universe well beyond VBS! • They’ll use up some of their solar-powered energy playing games during Solar Spacewalks. • When they get hungry from all the excitement, they’ll head into the Galactic Galley for out-of-this-world snacks! • Most importantly, throughout this entire adventure, students will learn about the God of the universe! People everywhere need to know about Jesus. Why not use VBS? When Pastor Pousiam arrived at the city of Noney in India, he found that the children wanted to hear about Jesus. Eventually he started a Christian school with over 800 children. He has now established a local church from what began as a ministry to children. Pastor Pousiam knows that VBS is a good way to reach boys and girls and teach them about Jesus.

Children all over the world love to go to VBS. A few of their games and songs might be different from what your students are used to—they might not even understand the language other children speak! But wherever they are, children around the world learn about Jesus just like yours do!

Churches in many countries don’t have money to buy the things they need for VBS like Bibles, teacher books, student activity pages, posters, and picture books that go with the lessons. Help a church get those things so it can put on a VBS for the kids who live nearby!

Vacation Bible Schools come in different sizes too. They can be small or big or somewhere in the middle. In a country like India, 1,000 children will come to one VBS. That’s really big! Most of those children will not know Jesus. When you help send VBS resources, you help those children hear about Him.

Operation Kids: Reaching Boys and Girls through VBS is a way your VBS offering can help pay for children around the globe to have their own Vacation Bible School! The money received from this mission offering project will help Gospel Literature Services send curriculum to churches!

Will you help? How many churches in Africa could your VBS help? And not just in Africa, but in India, Kenya, Myanmar, the Philippines, and other places too! What a joy it is to see students bring their pennies, nickels, dimes, quarters, and dollar bills to help children in other parts of the world learn about Jesus. How much money can your VBS collect? If lots of Vacation Bible Schools help out, lots more children all over the world will get to enjoy a VBS of their very own—and learn about Jesus!
