Technical Support and WarrantyAll Zebex scanners come with a 2 year warranty as standard. During the first year of warranty, Zebex will repair or replace all defective products, provided that they are returned at the customers’ expense to an authorised Zebex repair facility. Repaired items will be returned to customers at the expense of Zebex.

During the second year of warranty, customers are required to cover all shipping costs incurred. The manufacturer warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship from or by the manufacturer.
