Stuff added to CSC sync documentation

• Top-level steps taken in 2008-2011 to time in trigger– Spring 2008: w/cosmic rays, synchronize CSC chambers relative to each other– June 2008: w/cosmic rays, establish good timing between muon subsystems – Fall 2008: w/reflectometry, equalize TTC-CCB fiber lengths– Sept 2008: w/beam halo, determine the absolute timing reference for the trigger – Oct 2009: install muonic timing firmware and software at point 5 – Nov 2009: implement "best guess" for collision muons – 30 Mar—6 Apr 2010: w/collisions, timing scan for fine timing shifts per crate– 30 Apr: CSC have sufficiently good timing to be included into CMS trigger – Aug 2010: fine tune trigger timing per chamber using ALCT muonic timing– Feb 2011: CLCT muonic timing was done for all chambers

• Description of TTC fiber equalization– Including MPC-SP automated measurements
