Preventative Maintenance Services:

• General health checks• Complete annual maintenance plan including;

3 monthly / 6 monthly / annual services• Safety system testing (cause & effect)• Gas analyser / instrument calibration• Bay pressure checks• System operation check per OEM data• Electrical checks both in-field & switch room• Pump & motor maintenance including laser

alignment & mechanical seal replacement• Glycol (FLOSEAL) flushing & replacement• On site repair & replacements (valves, actuators,

pumps & instrumentation)

Performance Testing Services:

• 3 yearly compliance testing in accordance with local authority legislation

• HM Customs & Revenue tests carried out at duty suspended installations

• Capacity testing – performance of unit compared to manufacturers data.

Consultancy:

• Commissioning of new plant• Carbon replacement / reconditioning• Programmable Logic Controller (PLC’s) replacement

and modifications• Scada / HMI Replacements• Decommission of aging plant / moth balling units• Risk assessment and operability studies (HAZOP, LOPA

and SIL Assessments)• Corrective actions and system upgrades to comply

with SIL• Operator training
