Project Description: Three levels Slab on Grade, Slab on pan Approx. 34,000 sqft

Project Date: April 2013

Product’s used: Vapor Lock 20/20 WVRA

Notes: Three separate pours were done. Multiple fill-in basement pours, slab on grade

along with slab on pan. Moisture testing and Bond testing was done in multiple

locations. Two ASTM D-5084 Permeability Test were performed.

Flooring contractor was surprised they had “no moisture issues in the concrete on this

project and we always have moisture issues”. Both the Batch Plant and the flatwork

contractor have been certified by Specialty Products Group.
