Vanilla & Chia Protein Balls I make these in my Thermomix, but they will work well in a regular food processor too. Just make sure you make it fine enough. Ingredients: 280g Raw almonds 50g Rolled Oats 2 scoops Vanilla Protein Powder (of your choice) 20g Chia Seeds ½ tsp Ground Cinnamon 20 pitted dates 2 tsp vanilla Extract 50g Water Method: 1. Place almonds and oats in the bowl and mill 6sec/sp8 (or until you have a fine powdery consistency) 2. Add protein powder, chia and cinnamon. Mix 6sec/sp4 (or until all mixed in). Scrape the sides of the bowl 3. Add dates and mix 10sec/sp7 (or until combined) 4. Add vanilla extract and water and combine 10sec/sp7 (Or until combined) 5. Roll into balls and keep refrigerated. 6. Don’t eat them all at once!!

Vanilla & Chia Protein Balls

I  make  these  in  my  Thermomix,  but  they  will  work  well  in  a  regular  food  processor  too.  Just  make  sure  you  make  it  fine  enough.
