GENERAL RULES

1. Registration for all 3days of the fest begins on the17th October 2013 at 8.30 am

2. The inaugural will take place on the 17th of October

2013 from 9.00-9.45 am

3. Events of Vanfest will begin at 10.00 am4.? All students must be in their respective school

uniforms (Except students participating in dance).

5. Participants from each school should be

accompanied by a teacher.

6. Participants should report at the venue at least 15

minutes prior to Inauguration.

7. No extra time will be given to any participant

8. Prize winner or their representative should be

available at the time of prize distribution.

9. The timing for the events can be found in the

registration form sent to the school participants may

note the venues for their events from the notice boardnear the registration desk.

10. All exhibits will be displayed till 12:00 noon after

which they can be taken away by the participants
