Roller Blinds

Application

VANGUARD Roller Blinds are developed for internal use. The blinds provide effective and efficient control of heat, light and glare. High quality components ensure a long life and smooth and quiet operation. Depending on requirements, there are varying levels of light filtering available through the large range of quality fabrics. The VANGUARD Roller Blind range includes the Combo System for using two different types of fabric, the Linked System for joining multiple blinds and reducing motorisation costs, and the Corner System for linking corner blinds.

Operation

VANGUARD Roller Blinds can be driven by a motor, and operated via a mounted wall switch or hand held remote control; or they can manually operated via a smooth running stainless steel chain. The motors can be hardwired, or integrated with a lighting and energy management system such as CBUS.

Shaft

Made of extruded aluminium, diameter 38mm or 43mm. Including control end system features and locking feature to secure the unit into the bracket. Sizes 32/32, 40/45 for easy operation.

Brackets

For top face or side fix installation. Brackets material: mild steel, zinc plated and powder coated.

Bottom Rail

Made of extruded aluminium. Round or oval bottom rail available.

intermediate Bearing Bracket

Press formed steel, pre-treated and powder coated, stainless steel bearing 40mm and grub screw.

Side Guide Rails

Made of extruded aluminium, dimensions 24 x 54.7mm with drawn-in brush insert and plastic end cap.

For top face or side fix installation. Brackets material: high grade stamped steel powder coated.

Bottom Rail

Made of extruded aluminium, with drawn-in brush and lateral gliders for the plastic side guide rail. Round or oval bottom rail available.

Bottom Rail

Made of extruded aluminium dimensions heavy duty rectangular 41x15mm. End caps in Acetal in master colour.

intermediate Bearing Bracket

Press formed steel, stainless steel bearing 40mm.

Bracket

High grade stamped steel and powder coated brackets. Including high grade ABS polycarbonate alloy plastic covers.

Side Guide Rails Blockout

The side guide rails are made of extruded aluminium with drawn-in brush insert and plastic endcaps (24 x 54mm).

Guide Rail double

The intermediate guide rail is made of extruded aluminium and allows two blinds to be connected together without light admission (24 x 80mm).

Roller Blind Standard Roller Blind Heavy duty

Press formed steel, pre-treated and powder coated. Available in Snow White; Black; Brich White; N. Anodised and Rivergum. The brackets can be installed in vertical or horizontal position (40 x 60mm).

VANGUARD Roller Blinds are available in a large range of fabrics chosen from quality suppliers. The range includes fabrics with varying levels of light filtering, colours and textures depending on the purpose of the blinds and the décor of the room.

The installation brackets for the Heavy Duty System are made from high-grade stamped steel. Available in all Dulux and Interpon colours. The brackets can be installed in vertical or horizontal position. Some non-standard colours attract a small surcharge (80 x 92mm).

SpRinG ASSiStWith any VANGUARD Roller Blind system you can use a spring roller system up to a 45mm roller tube. The Spring Assist units enable large heavy blinds to be operated more easily. The roller blind spring system is totally hidden from the view.

COmBO SyStem

With this system two different roller blinds are mounted on the same set of brackets, one in the front and one in the rear. Therefore the combination of the blind fabrics can vary depending on the special requirements. The Combo System can also be used in combination with the Easy Link System.

eASy-linK-SyStem

SyStemS

This VANGUARD Roller Blind System enables several blinds to be linked for simultaneous operation through a single control. The different blinds are connected by a rod bearing connection. Through this system the number of control chains are reduced. This allows you to cover multiple windows or wide windows, which exceed the normal fabric width.

CORneR SOlUtiOn

This system allows you to connect two blinds even if a corner is in between. The blind can be operated by one control.

Application

VANGUARD Antivir GUARD is developed for hospitals, care homes, schools, nurseries, health centres, other public environments, and sterile areas. This Roller blind has been developed to prevent the Nosocomial infections, which are a major health problem. VANGUARD Antivir GUARD plays a key part in preventing infectious diseases and meets the most stringent requirements in terms of health safety and comfort.
