We decided to analyse Van Gogh’s works according to our point of view without taking into consideration the official critics’ works.

We described our impressions watching at the paintings, without any external influences.

So please have mercy for our opinions, sometimes simple.

We hope that you already know the story of Van Gogh’s life and of his paintings, we studied them after analysing the paintings, in order to find confirmations for our opinions.

My impressions :-In my opinion this painting seemsworrying,depressing,sad,macabre,But it can appear also lively and it seems a day of celebration.The building is elegant,importantand it represents a typical costruction. The weather is cloudy and windy.

InfactThe houses are all the same and an other characteristic of the painting is that the background is dark,opaque and obscure. The part of the day is the dawn.
