The MILANO developed and has been developing steadily their product line, in order to offer quality products and

services to serve the hydraulic circuit’s market.

Specific information is found on pages dedicated to each product.

PRESSURE AND TEMPERATURE

Pressures mentioned are the maximum working pressures under normal conditions of use, considering as a safety

factor the proportion 4:1 to the working pressure value at temperatures within the range specified for the item in

accordance with the raw material used, taking also into account the seals used in product application.

Temperature Range for sealing material:

NBR - Nitrile Rubber -35°C to +100°C (-31°F to +212°F)

FPM - Fluorelastomer : -25°C to + 200°C (-13°F to +392°F)

PTFE - Polytetrafluoroethylene -60°C to +200°C (-76°F to +392°F)

POM - Acetal Copolymer -40°C to + 80°C (-40°F to +176°F)

In different conditions than those listed, please contact us.

Note: The continuous products usage in temperature and pressure upper than the indicated limit ranges reduce their

useful life.

RAW MATERIAL

The raw materials used are found in the each item (valves) information table. To cutting rings and tightening nuts

consult at Technical Information: Connections standard DIN EN ISO 8434-1

UNUSUAL FLUIDS APPLICATION

To apply our valves in fluids which aren’t mineral hydraulic oils, consult us.

DS - SAFETY DEVICE

Upon request, the MILANO can provide valves with the DS - Safety Device with chemical or mechanical interlock.

These safety devices are designed to create the valves an additional guarantee, avoiding risk of detachment when

applied strain and accidentally in their lines during the installation or system operation.

1 -The MILANO Rotameters are suitable for lubrication circuits work pressure to 2 bar, flow

3/8 NPT or 3/8 BSP female threads.
