Denholm Valvecare – Part of the Denholm Oilfield Services, is a specialised valve management company providing industry with a high quality support service on valves, actuators, positioners, and associated equipment. This includes controls, chokes, isolation and pressure safety relief valves in all sizes and pressure ratings.
Customers using our services come from diverse industries such as oil & gas, manufacturing, power generation, paper production, valve manufacturers and valve distributors. Individual sites serviced by our personnel worldwide.
Independent from any valve manufacturer and with branches in Lincoln, Great Yarmouth and Aberdeen, Denholm Valvecare is in an ideal position to provide clients with totally impartial support on valve selection, procurement, commissioning, operational procedures, testing and maintenance.
Denholm Valvecare has the freedom to offer the right valve for an application regardless of who the manufacturer is, which enables us to provide genuine spare parts and factory endorsed technical advise whenever valve maintenance and management is required.
Denholm Valvecare also has close links with other selected suppliers providing peripheral products and services within the valve industry. This enables us to supplement our valve management services by offering clients such items as high quality valve sealants, lubricants, pipeline isolations, joint integrity testing, bolt tensioning, pig trap door overhauls, acoustic leak detection and valve management software.

Denholm Valvecare offers you a comprehensive range of valve management solutions. We will save you significant time, resources and expense by coordinating and managing all your valve related activities.
From repairs, through shutdown planning, site work, procurement, inventory, documentation and engineering, Denholm Valvecare will support you with all or any part of your valve activities that you may wish to outsource.
Using our own bespoke software your own personnel can access and inform themselves live on-line of any information they require e.g. the progress of outstanding work, back orders of spare parts or valves, availability of stock items, repeat failures, spare parts required for repair, data sheets or state of shutdown plans. The service we give is 24/7, 365 days a year.

REPAIRS AND TESTINGDenholm Valvecare can offer repairs and upgrades at all three branches, with spacious modern workshops, fitted out with high quality overhaul equipment, CNC and standard machine tools, fabrication shops, and test bays for control valves, isolation valves, and safety relief valves.
With custom built test facilities, flow and leak detection measurement, manual/data logger systems, control valve test panels Denholm Valvecare can test all types of valves, including the ability to offer temperature testing of components down to -196c and ranging from 1” to 36” and at pressure ratings form ANSI class 150 to API 15,000. Typical Components: Ball, Gate, Check, Choke and Butterfly Valves.

VALVE MANAGEMENT SOFTWAREThe Denholm Valvecare Management Software has been designed by engineers for engineers. It is simple to use, tailor made for clients who own or operate production plants, to effectively manage your assset valve population.
Denholm Valvecare has created its own inegrated programme DVMS (Denholm Valve Management Software) which contains three modules :- Valve Management, Inventory Management, and Operations Management. It utilises a HTML interface and can be accessed from multi sites and from any internet enabled PC. The data can also be uploaded into, or downloaded from most major Business Management programmes such as SAP or Maximo.

MANUFACTURING AND ENGINEERINGIn 2006 Denholm Valvecare acquired the patent to manufacture the Buckle Pin Relief Valve. A unique product, the Buckle Pin Relief Valve is manufactured wholly in the UK from the highest European Materials, to meet client specification. The Buckle Pin Relief Valve offers an accurate and reliable means of pressure relief calibration, enabling resetting without the need for the valve to be isolated from the process.

Technical assistance is provided by our Engineering Department. DVL have the in-house capability to provide engineering services in line with those requested and are able to provide technical, engineering and design services in support of projects, studies and other valve related activities as called upon by the Company Representative or Pipeline Responsible Engineer.

These manufacturers are specilaists in sub-sea, underground, metal and soft seated ball valves both spli bodies and top entry. All valves are designed to API, ASME, NACE, BS or MSS standards in a variety of materialsincluding carbon, low temperature, alloy, stainless steels, monel, alloy 20 incology, hastelloy, duplex, super duplex inconel and titanium.

This unique three step process to resolve leakage problems in natural gas, crude oil and hydrocarbon products, is used by your own technicians or we can supply the manpower to attend on site, and apply this highly reliable product for cleanning, lubricating or sealing.
These Environmentally Friendly products, properly uses, allow the valves to continue to operate for long periods of time after sealing, because the products never go hard.
