Valueable Consulting is an Accounting, Taxation, Auditing and Company

secretarial services firm formed in 2017 by Mr Ndivhuwo Nedoboni and Mr

Mulondi Nthulana. The company is derived from the partner’s passion for their

professions.

They bring to the company a combination of education, experience and skills

that they share and which should assure that they are highly successful in their

positions.

Valuable Consulting is a 100% black youth owned business that was established

as a voluntary, autonomous and politically independent business for the sole

purpose of assisting entrepreneurs and business managers in establishing and

growing their businesses.

They will achieve this by confidently knowing that their Accounting, Taxation

Audit and secretarial duties are being taken care of by a professional,

effective and accessible company.

NDISTHENI DYLAN TSHITHAVHANE CA (SA) RA -(Non-Executive Chairman)

Bcom Accounting (UNIVEN), Bcom Hons/CTA (UKZN), Chartered Accountant (SA)(SAICA),

Registered Auditor (IRBA). Nditsheni has over 10 years’ experience having in the Accounting ,

Tax and Audit field having moved from being a Trainee Accountant at Sizwe Ntsaluba

Gobodo Inc to being a Senior Partner at Sizwe Ntsaluba Gobodo Grant Thorton (Post Merger ).

He has established and ran a number of Accounting and Audit firms throughout the years.

NEDOBONI NDIVHUWO (Chief Executive Officer)

Bcom Economics(univen), PGCE(univen),Post Graduate Diploma In Accounting Practice.

(SAIPA , SAIBA BAP(SA) Nedoboni Ndivhuwo is one of Valueable Consulting founders.

Ndivhuwo Nedoboni Completed his 3 years training contract with Sizwe Ntsaluba Gobodo in

December 2016. He has experience in the Preparation and review of Financial Statements,

Income Tax and VAT review, Compliance and Independent reviews as well as Auditing. He has

worked with clients such as University of Venda, Road Agency Limpopo, Vhembe TVET collage,

Enos Bus Services , 2ten Hotel etc.

Prior starting Valueable consulting, Nedoboni Ndivhuwo was an Senior Accountant at Sizwe

Ntsaluba Gobodo . Ndivhuwp is mainly in charge of reviewing the work done by the

consultants and the project managers before the work is signed and delivered to clients

MULONDI NTHULANA (Chief Financial Officer)

Bcom Accounting (Univrsity of Johannesburg) Bcom Hons (CTA) (UNISA), Business Accountant in Practice

(SA) – SAIBA, General tax practitioner(SA) -SAIT

Mulondi Nthulana is the Co-founder and managing director of Valueable Accountants. Mulondi has 4

years’ experience in companies such as PWC and Exxaro . Mulondi is part of Valueable Consulting’s

executive committee.

Mr Nthulana has experience in the Financial Accounting, Taxation and Governance fields.

LINDELANI LYNETH MBAMBALE-MATHOBO CA (SA) RA -(Head of Audit)

Bcom Accounting (MGI), Postgraduate diploma in applied accounting(UNISA), Chartered Accountant (SA)(SAICA),

Registered Auditor (IRBA)

With over 8 years’ experience in the public sector areas of Auditing, financial management, accounting and

project management, Lindelani has the breadth and depth of experience needed to quickly understand your

businesses.

Lindelani was an Audit manager at Auditor -General of South Africa.
