    Building details : - This building is a stepped building of three storied with a basement.

    The floor areas are as follows.

    01.Basement floor area - 2350 sq.m (approx;)-Proposed Parkingarea and toilets

    02.Ground floor area - 2220.00 sq.m(approx;)-Shop and Pola03.First floor area - 625.00 sq.m(approx;)-Common hall

    Duration : - 12 months

    PROJECT REQUIREMENTS AND CONSTARINTS

    Requirements

    Fundamental requirements which the project must possess to serve the clients basic intentions

    were reviewed under project requirements. The basic requirement of this project is to solve

    the problems in existing pola area and increase welfare of the vendors and consumers.

    Constraints

    Constraints are those factors which will impose a discipline upon the design. The constraintsof the project were identified as follow.

    UDA regulations Have to building within existing pola area Budget is limited since this is a publicly funded project
