Collection Programs monitored on hourly basis, for any errors the Footlights were used and mails sent whenever the program is running for more than an Hour. This enabled quicker resolution of the issue.
The issues of mismatch in quantities between the ERP and APS instance were resolved mainly by looking at the attribute setup, transaction set up for the OM Orders or based on the query written for collecting data from ERP by getting into the dynamic views created in Demantra
The Discrepancies of data between instances were reduced by aggressive monitoring and short-time fixes of issues.
