Initially designed as an insular office campus cut off from the surrounding

Enhancing onsite amenities

Working Outside the SSPA Process to start this repositioning

current building

Height, building and mass can be tailored to established context

Any further development would be subject to a detailed land use

process with ample opportunities to study and address impacts
