Oct. 21 (10am): "Natural Liberation of the Instincts" Shi-Tro Sadhana and Blessings; (3:00pm): "Liberation by Wearing" - Secret Mantras and Seeds of the 100 Deities THE VAJRASATTVA SHI-TRO SADHANA Manifesting as the Adi-Buddha Vajrasattva, one consciously experiences and masters the visions and signs that occur in the after-life, while in this life. This Anuttara Tantra practice releases the radiant archetypes that naturally emanate from one’s own body and appear to one’s spirit body in the Bardo intervals between death and rebirth. Creations of one’s mind, there are 42 Peaceful Deities residing in the Heart, 60 Wrathful in the Head, and 10 Knowledge Holders in the Throat. Lama Sonam Gyatso Lama Sonam Gyatso is a senior lineage holder and heart-son of the late Namgyal Rinpoche, was one of the original Founders of the Dharma Centre of Canada, and is currently the resident teacher of the Toronto Namgyal Centre. Lama Sonam is authorizedby Namgyal Rinpoche to give the Vajrayana Empowerments, and has translated many Tibetan texts from all traditions. In early life, after graduating from Cambridge, he was ordained in the Theravada tradition by the Ven. Mahathera Saddhatissa, and later received ordinations from HH the XVIth Gyalwa Karmapa and Kalu Rinpoche. Studying, meditating and travelling worldwide with Namgyal Rinpoche for over 40 years, Lama Sonam has received all the major empowerments from HH Karmapa, HH Sakya Trizen, Kalu Rinpoche Chogye Rinpoche and other great Lamas.
